APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #3 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE VENICE HIGH SCHOOL REBUILD PROJECT
Description
The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional civil design services to modify the design documents to incorporate modifications resulting from the final Phase 1 and Phase 2 building designs.
The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $12,830.00. These funds are available through the project budget.
Recommendation
That Amendment #3 to the Agreement, dated June 21, 2011, with Schenkel Shultz Architecture for the Venice High School Re-Build project be approved as presented.
